Bug Report OBS VCE - irregular buffering on twitch

Good evening,
After setting up OBS and starting my twitch stream it buffered irregularly. Analyzing the log file showed me issues with some external software and internet settings. Fixing this was no problem and the last log file was without any errors. But my stream keeps buffering.....

I hope the log file will help you guys to figure out the problem.

hmmm ok unchecked CBR / CBR padding. Any suggestion for quality balance / max bitrate and if needed custom buffer size options? Goal is 540p up to 720p streaming Smite

No, you don't do that.

Twitch REQUIRES CBR.

And problems with the VCE build of the old obs belong in the specific thread for the build.
