Question / Help Obs v0.651b Win 8.1 DirectShow Audio Source, ASIO & Ableton not working

Hi guys! I can't seem to get asio working with Ableton Live 9. I've messed around with all of the possible settings. I'd like to be able to use an audio interface (Focusrite i2i) while streaming an Ableton Live production session but if i cant that's OK i guess... Has anyone been able to get this to work, if so what combo of settings did you use in OBS's settings and DirectShow's settings? I've tried MME/directx but the latency is really bad.

I'm not sure if it's possible, ASIO exclusively locks the audio device, i think.

I was wondering if anyone on here could walk me through setting up my live stream on twitch.tv, I'd be ever grateful if someone could literally just join my channel and troubleshoot inside the chat of my twitch channel?? Everything is working except for the audio of ableton... I run a 64 bit platform with windows 8.1 OS, an akai mpc renaissance as my audio interface, ive seen some fixes on here but i dont quite understand what to do, please help!!!

OBS doesn't work with ASIO (including ASIO4ALL). You'll either need to loop the output audio to a separate non-ASIO interface, or set both Ableton and your audio interface to not use ASIO.

Is that ASIO Bridge program from the VB-Audio people worth trying? Sounds like it...might work? I have no idea.

yea i have this problem same windows 8.1 and ableton i cant get any audio out to record into OBS
