Question / Help OBS Using heavy amounts of CPU

Hello when I'm playing League my CPU Usage goes up to 20%, however when I start streaming in 1080p or 720p it spikes up to 85% CPU Usage regardless of what quality I am using, could I get some insight on this issue?
 
1080p60 is probably too heavy for your cpu.
Any 60fps stream is probably too heavy for your cpu.
