Well you are using the 1080p 60FPS output with a veryfast preset. This will result in 40-50% load on your CPU, in some cases even higher. Nothing wrong with it. This is why i updated from the 4770K (same CPU as yours, just a bit slower) to a 5820K @ 4,5GHz and now i dont have any trouble with same settings (or even a slower preset, the 2 extra cores and 4 more threads + larger cache help a lot, the CPU is insane).
I dont see any strange things in the log so far...
Just one thing, your scene switch takes too long, use global source for anything that is used in more than 1 scene.
And multithreaded optimization is off O_o turn it back on, it should help.
