Question / Help OBS Uses more GPU than CPU ?

OBS uses GPU to accelerate capture, compositing, downscaling, and color space conversions, though one cannot say "uses more GPU than CPU" because they are two completely different types of processors. CPU is very important for encoding, and GPU is very important for the above listed, so they're equally important to OBS.

My problem is that if my gpu gets loaded that much in game and stream produces fps drop. Is there any way to load more my cpu than my gpu so i can stream in this quality? Since when i stream like that anything runs smooth because my gpu gets to 99% when im in game and streaming.
