OBS use 60% of GPU

I'll start with the characteristics of the computer:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
Intel core i7-10700KF
64 GB of RAM
OBS idle loads the GPU by 2-3%, as soon as I turn on desktop recording or streaming, without running games, etc. ABS starts using 20% of the GPU, but as soon as I start recording or streaming the game, OBS starts using 60% of the GPU. I don't know what to do, I tried to degrade the quality, changed the Power management mode, changed the program priority, reinstalled, set the monitor frequency to 60, 120 hertz. I don't know what to do, so let's think, please help.

If it always stays below 100% and never overheats, it's fine. Dead-constant 98% is fine, so long as it really is dead-constant in total.

The reason that people are scared of high loads, is because they're used to having random spikes in that load. Kinda like a live music rig that averages around 10% of full power, but needs all of that headroom for drum hits and other things that a commercially released recording will never give you. If you don't have those spikes, you're fine. Load it up!
