HELLOU GUYS I`M FROM ITALIA AND I WANT TO MAKE LIVESTREAM BUT I HAVE SLOW UPLOAD I HAVE 1 MB and i want to make livestream on youtube but my upload is slow how to make

If you have a bad upload you need a good cpu because you must change the presets to medium-slower for a well encoded stream. you need a compensation for your bad upload. also you should stream with 24-30fps. also you should try to downscale more than 720p.
