Question / Help OBS "Unresponsive"

Hi all,

Okay, so when I load up OBS I can start my stream, chop and change my overlays as I need too and the settings.
OBS is responsive.

When I load up a game, any game it seems.

OBS becomes unresponsive - I can't stop the stream, I can't change my overlays - I literally have to right click and CLOSE OBS on the toolbar to force it to close.

Can someone assist me with how to fix it?

I tried the OBS 0.659b (Classic) and it does exactly the same.

I have Windows 10 Pro 64BIT - I want to add that this is a fairly new problem, only started happening recently.

What can I upload to help fix this problem?

If it's happening on both Studio and Classic, it's unlikely that OBS is the cause here.

Can you get me a memory dump file of OBS while it's frozen so I can take a look at what might be going on?

Hi Fenrir,

I've created 2x dump files.

Pre and Post

Pre was when it is working, no issues.
Post was after I loaded my game, and quit the game and when I couldn't do anything with OBS.

I'll PM you the URL now now.
