Question / Help OBS unicast screen capture issue

Hi everyone, I need you assitance with a project that I am working on.

So the project is about unicasting a OBS screen capture of a PC to a encoder that takes in IP and converts it into a QAM output (TV programming). The QAM output goes to our internal cable TV system that puts out Digital channels. I was able to unicast 4 streams from 4 different PC's and out of them only 2 streams were looking good ( clear picture). The other two channels only displayed half of the actual visual and other other portion was either black/visual from previous channel.
What do you think about this issue and do you have any solution for that?

Please check the attachments for the 2 channels that have a bad visual.

Thanks again

Unfortunately, your rough high-level description doesn't allow any problem analysis. Since this output scenario is in no case a common use case for OBS, no one can have the slightest idea what might happen within your setup.

Thanks for the reply Koala. So, I am performing screen capture of a PC and the output coming off that PC is Bad channel 2.png .
Specifications:
  • Rescale output - 1920x1080
  • Rate control- CBR
  • Bitrate 12 Mbps
  • CPU usage present - ultrafast
  • Container format rtp_mpegts
  • video bitrate - 999999999 kbps
  • keyframe interval - 30
  • Base resolution - 1920x1080
  • output resolution 1920x1080
  • Downscale filter - Bilinear
  • Common FPS values 60
These are the specifications set on the OBS software of that PC.
The encoder that receives that input from OBS stream has a bandwidth of 900 kbps to 1 mbps. I assume it because of the insufficient bandwidth, please let me know what you think.

Let me know if you need any more inputs, I am happy to provide.

This looks like a problem with the IP to QAM encoder, as OBS does not have access to the other channel it wouldn't be able to include it in the output.
