OBS UI improvements

Here are some suggestions for improving the OBS GUI. The idea is to be able to have a maximum of clear and simple information during a live.

In details :
1: Display the name of the scene at the top of he PGM or PVW window
2: set up a color code in the title of the Preview / Program window -> green PVW, red PGM
3: display of the level meters in the PVW and PGM windows
4: Use the red / green color code in the scene list (green Preview, red Program)
5: Add a "NDI" pictogram when a scene is projected in NDI (with NDI plugin)
6: Add a projector pictogram a scene is projected in full screen on a GPU output (specify the number of the output used). Same for windowed projectors
7: Red color code when a scene is activated on a DSK (with DSK plugin)

A color code like this would also match the existing "multiview". Also good to use this idea on Display Capture sources that are in Preview and/or Program.

1, 2 and 4 all seem like something that could benefit close to 80% of users and easy to implement (not a programmer). Not sure on percentage that actively use studio mode but probably higher than NDI and DSK.
