Question / Help OBS-TS3 microphone

Hello everyone,
I've been searching for solutions but didn't found so I ask here.
My problem is : If I put my microphone amplification at maximum is it all right for TS3 but make a static noise on stream, but when I remove amplfication I don't have any microphone capatation on TS or a little bit, not enough to speak properly.
How can I fix it to get proper voice on both stream and TS ?

I believe TS3 has some noise reduction filters going on, which is why you can get away with the Mic boost there and still have good quality. Is it possible to boost the mic withing TS3 itself? Without the mic boost do things sound ok on the stream?

Like with the boost there is the static noise on the stream, so I just removed boost and down the sensitivity from TS3 and see if it works with it.
And I removed echo cancellation but nothing changes, aswell didn't find a mic boost on TS itself.
