No im not running fraps, the fps counter is from the game itself with an extended options menu. ( It runs exactly the same without it ) I have OBS running at High CPU priority, should i set this back to normal?
Ive tried running with Vsync on but it only made it worse, i put the CPU priority to normal but it didnt really feel different. I tried running on superfast and it helped a bit.
