Bug Report OBS + Tera Crashing When I Hit 100% on Loading Screen

Hey All,

Whenever I'm playing any other game and streaming I don't seem to have any issues and I previously never had issues streaming Tera however it seems that every time I stream Tera I'm fine until I have to hit a loading screen at which point in time my game and OBS both crash as soon as that Loading Screen hits 100%.

My drivers are completely up to date and I've run the repair tools on tera and everything seems to be in line. I've even gone ahead and uninstalled and fully re-installed Tera. I've also combed through my OBS logs and I don't see any errors logged in there.

Not sure what to do with this, Tera's live chat support was useless as well.

Run Tera in windowed/borderless windowed mode and capture it with window capture, or try using the "Anti-cheat compatibility" option for game capture.

still getting the same crashes, it's perfectly smooth until I go into a loading screen and then it just bugs out.

It even crashes when using window capture? I can't tell if you actually read and followed my suggestions.

yes even when i was using window capture, it makes no sense at all. I've streamed tons of games without issues, I even use to stream tera without issues then about a month ago I started having these problems.

Just to clarify further, when i'm running in window borderless mode and using window capture the game does 1 of 3 crashes at random now.

1) It loads me in past the loading screen for the map i'm porting to and then crashes.
2) It freezes out and crashes at 100% on the loading screen.
3) It loads me in and once I start moving around in the environment I realize my game has crashed as I can't use any of my skills, however I can move around using w,a,s,d.

I really can't make any sense of it, my drivers are all completely up to date, my pc/net connection has ample capabilities for streaming, and there are no corrupt files with my tera install.

Okay, if the game itself is crashing then usually I would suspect interference from other programs potentially.

(Cue copy & paste: ) These could be other capture programs, game mods and graphics mods (sweetfx in particular), graphics card utilities like msi afterburner or the EVGA 'K boost' feature (I think it's called), or programs that put in custom in-game overlays for their program, such as teamspeak/mumble overlays, or razer synapse overlay. If you're using "D3Dgear" (a very invasive program), you must completely completely uninstall it to fix the issue.

I'm not sure if this will help or solve the problem, but I'm just putting this out there in the off chance that it does help.
