Question / Help OBS suddenly starts lagging horribly without changing settings

My OBS was running perfectly fine with how I had set it, no lag at all. But then suddenly, for no reason, it started awfully lagging and making the recording extremely choppy.

I've tried all common fixes and every one makes it worse than before.
I have my settings currently on exactly what they were before the lag started.
Any fixes?
Note that the games i'm recording run perfectly fine.

Try using only one game capture per scene and one display capture per scene, not multiple. Don't mix capture types (windows, game, display) together in a scene.

Do something like this:

Roblox scene
Game capture Roblox

Minecraft scene
Game capture Minecraft

Display capture scene
Display Capture

Alright, it fixed the choppiness problem.
There is still a bit of lag though, anything I could set better under my settings?
I'd be fine if this is as good as it gets but it's worth a shot.
