Well as the title says I was in the middle of streaming and suddenly OBS started dropping massive frames. Figured it was twitch.tv and turns out it wasn't. Doing all the testing I could, Switch servers, restarted the stream, My own internet is perfectly fine with no problem, I'm not getting throttled and basically no idea why it won't work.
It starts up jumps to make 2k kbs than goes lower and lower jumps, around more and than will stop at 0k
Things I would like to point out
- I have been streaming almost everyday for the past 2 weeks without any problems nor have I changed any setting on OBS
-Not getting blocked nor anti virus or firewall
-not my internet
-not getting throttled
-did not update any drivers until now because of this problem
-I installed FFsplit and I was able to stream fine.
Reason I'm posting this here is simply I like OBS a lot and would love for it to work again. I have no idea why it suddenly stopped. (while streaming)

with clean installs and using older builds
