Please hear me out, and don't just direct me to the thread that is stickied. I have been off and on streaming for about 2 months now, never having any issues whatsoever. Nothing has changed with my computer, or my obs, besides just recently downloading an update it had. I streamed Friday the 3rd, no problem at all, streamed for like 5 hours or so. Tried to stream Saturday the 4th, and for some reason randomly my kb/s at the bottom right will go from what I set it as, and drop down to red 0 kb/s and just sit there. Usually after a few seconds or so it will go back up, but sometimes, it just sits at 0 kb/s. Literally nothing changed in that days time, and it's been doing it ever since. I have looked up thread after thread trying to figure out what's wrong, and for one, around the time it was happening to me, I seen a few posts here of people describing the same thing and a few posts and Twitch Reddit of other people having this issue. I have flip flopped from random servers in the US and it still does it. I downloaded Xsplit and tried that, and my kb/s there never dropped once. Today when I checked my live when I was testing my stream to see if it was going to work or not I saw that my quality was now Acceptable with this note "The broadcast is not set to constant bitrate (CBR). [Current average: 1792 kbps, current max: 2694.0 kbps]" CBR is checked, and has never once been unchecked since I first set up OBS. The night before, it was Excellent quality, without that little note being there and it's always been that way since I started streaming. And the only thing that changed from streaming Friday to me trying to stream Saturday was I went to bed. I have changed my original 2600 max bitrate and buffer size to 1400 and it still does the same thing. I have a 20 down and 10 up constantly.So what is going on? Why is this all of a sudden doing this? How the hell do I fix it?
