Question / Help OBS suddenly doesnt capture my games

Hi everyone,

So i've been using OBS for the past 8 months, I had my ups and downs with the program, but in general i totally love the way it works.

Now since the last 2 weeks my OBS doesnt capture any windows at all.
If i have a scene with a game capture, like Arma 3, Insurgency, Battlefield 4 or what ever game.
The screen in obs stays black in preview and in the stream it self.
Also, when i launch the Arma 3 Launcher, or any game launcher at all, and select WINDOW capture, and capture the whole windows or only the outer window i just get a black screen, if then i select show mouse cursor, and i move over the area, the mouse is visible.

I do happen to know a thing or 2 about computers, Software & hardware as i have been working as a computer technician for the last 3 years. but this one goes beyond my experience.
So, I've 'cleaned' my pc updated all my drivers, uninstalled some software wich potentionally interfered. but still I cant get the game hooked to my windows&games.

i uploaded the files to the attachements, if i need to try something just say so.
Does any one know what the problem might be?
I'm open for suggestions ! :)

Feels like interference from other outside applications. (Cue copy & paste: ) These could be other capture programs, game mods and graphics mods (sweetfx in particular), graphics card utilities like msi afterburner or the EVGA 'K boost' feature (I think it's called), or programs that put in custom in-game overlays for their program, such as teamspeak/mumble overlays, or razer synapse overlay.

Anyway, I'm just not entirely sure otherwise. It's definitely unusual, that much I can say. The game capture hook is especially telling; there's no hook going on with it, which is why I suggested interference
