Hello Forum,
I was 3 days into a week-long marathon on twitch and my obs suddenly crashed down to ~1,000-5,000 bitrate overnight and has not come back ever since, this was 3 days ago. I have since had my ISP out and have been through customer service multiple times, they're insisting that everything is fine on their end but this issue is persisting across both my PC and my girlfriends PC so I'm skeptical. Nothing changed overnight while the stream was on, just woke up to seeing red, and the set up I have had been working immaculately for over a year and during week-long marathons like this before. Speeds are 2GBPS symmetrical and show @ 1,900mbps on most things, nothing else seems to be affected by this.
Any insight would be appreciated, SpeedTest.net shows that the speeds are fine as well as my ISP's app, but Google's speed test shows upload speeds that are consistent with what I am seeing in the bitrate.

Attached is an image of the stream where it started from Twitch Inspector, sadly I do not have access to the logs before 4/11. Router & Modem have been replaced, we have attempted IPv4 & IPv6 options, numerous power cycles, etc.
