Question / Help OBS suddenly cannot launch?

Which is strange because I was able to stream on Monday and suddenly I cannot stream today.
When I launch OBS, it doesn't open up OBS window. Instead, it's stuck in Task Manager's Processes and eventually shuts itself down.
I never had this problem. Can anyone figure out why it does this?

And reinstalling does not help either.

I have tried System Restore. Somehow, that fixed the problem, only downside was that my mouse device was somehow removed and could not be reinstalled, so back to square one.
The question is, what program or something is preventing me to open up OBS anymore?

The problem is still here and I cannot figure out the problem. Can anyone help me out here?
