Hello,

I'm having local recording and streaming problems with OBS Studio. I've always have been having rendering and recording lag when I record which makes my videos choppy. Can anyone help me figure out the best high quality recording and streaming settings for my PC?

My Specs:
CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU- Radeon RX 580 Series
MOBO- Gigabyte Tech Co., Ltd. A320M-S2H-CF
RAM- I have two CL16-18-18 D4-3000 DDR4

1. To ensure that OBS Studio has the hardware resources it needs for realtime streaming and recording, we recommend disabling the "Game DVR Background Recording" feature via these instructions.
2. Set the refresh rate on your monitors to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS.
3. Browser hardware acceleration is currently disabled. Enabling acceleration is highly recommended due to the improvements to performance and significantly lower CPU usage for browser sources. This can be enabled in Settings -> Advanced.
4. While you're in Advanced, set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial". Set your USB Video Device to Partial too.
5. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Scene).
6. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
7. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
