Bug Report OBS Studio won't record games above 30 fps

The last time I tried recording something with OBS Studio was a few weeks ago and it worked just fine but I tried recording a game a little bit ago and the video was in 30 fps when the game itself was running at a constant 60 fps. I tried recording my desktop and it was recording at a constant 60 frames but for some reason whenever I try to record a game, it gets frame locked at 30 fps even though I have it set to 60 fps in my settings. I believe it to be some kind of bug so I will leave this here because I haven't altered any of my settings and I haven't updated Windows recently which I have heard affects it. Some assistance would be appreciated.

*Update* Apparently all I had to do was update my graphics driver and restart my computer. Hopefully if anyone else is having the same problem you can try this and hope it works for you.
