OBS Studio Recordings have started to lag

Recently my valorant gameplay recordings have started to be laggy
here are my obs settings

Valorant easily runs at 300fps+ on full settings , also here are my valorant settings:

here are my pc specs
RAM : 32GB
SSD : 1TB
CPU :
CPU : 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700F
GPU : NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4060 8GB
i have 165 hz monitor , and i do have auto hdr on (idk if that makes a difference)
