OBS Studio is Crashing while starting recording !!

Hello Guys,

I have the problem that when i try to start recording with OBS Studio about the graphics card Obs ist still crashing
have anyone a ideo how them i fix that ?

last week ago it was all fine but today not :(

Sytems specs:
GPU: AMD RX 480 8GB OC
CPU: AMD FX 8320 4,2Ghz
RAM: 24GB
