For me, the problem is fixed as well. Although I tried both "fit to screen" and the other solution so I am not sure which one actually worked.

Very strange that you see no small red square in the top left, or as shown by Suslik a big one after fit to screen.
You can also let OBS center the source on your screen in the Transformation section.

Have you tried removing and re-adding the game capture source? (Probably, just checking)
Are you using "Capture any fullscreen application" or selecting Skyrim? In the log it definitely captured it.
Have you tried a different game to check if it works there?

I had this issue with Hitman when running it under DirectX12, switched to 11 and it all worked fine.

maybe you need to render OBS Studio to NVidia card, read this post: Causing slowdown in Street Fighter V.

Second, you may try to 'Use anti-cheat compatibility hook' option in the Game Capture properties.

Analyzer doesn't work on obs studio logs.
Multiple game captures in the same scene COLLECTION that point to the same game will trip over each other.
