Bug Report OBS Studio Game Capture Not Working At All

There's nothing more to the problem, and I don't know where to find the Log file.

Same. Seems to hook everything except The Long Dark (either in capturing any fullscreen or pointing specifically at it). It still works in normal obs. Any advice greatly appreciated :)

@SoulMystique I had a quick look through your log. To be honest I can't actually see any errors there. I can see that you streamed and recorded for less than one minute and it's possible you were trying Skyrim using Game Capture is that correct?

1) Did you see any video in the preview?
2) Did you see any video on the stream or in the recording?

Sorry for asking dumb questions but I just wanted to confirm your specific scenario :-)

Nope. Nothing. It doesn't work at all for any games.

Can you post a screen shot of your OBS window with the Game Capture highlighted in the Sources list please

I can't see the frame of your game capture in the preview, can you right click on it and choose Transform, Fit to Screen?

I have the same problem with Arma 3. Anti-cheat compatibility is on as always. It is probably related to BattleEye update still. I hope this will be sorted out soon.

Adrian Schofield, just want to say that you must see red bounding box in the preview window, when 'Game Capture' highlighted in Sources list, like this:



especially when game is running. Only then you can check other options. That's why Transform>Fit to Screen is necessary.
