I'd recommend running DDU and reinstalling your GPU driver https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/performing-a-clean-gpu-driver-installation.65/
Hi again, prgmitchell. Unfortunately, reinstalling my GPU did not solve the issue . OBS has crashed twice since then, and I have also noticed that the graphics on some of my other windows stop responding for a period of time whenever OBS crashes. Please find the attached log. Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi prgmitchell, upon receiving your advice, I decided to investigate whether the issue was related to my GPU by swapping it with a spare RTX 3070 graphics card I had. Unfortunately, after using the spare card for a few hours, OBS Studio crashed again, along with the computer. Surely this suggets that the issue is with OBS?Yes this is nothing that you'd be able to solve with OBS as it is still an issue with your GPU

Hi, I'd like to clarify that I am not taking my best guess here but instead am telling you with 100% certainty that this is external to OBS and that your GPU driver is crashing. The logs you just sent are the same.Hi prgmitchell, upon receiving your advice, I decided to investigate whether the issue was related to my GPU by swapping it with a spare RTX 3070 graphics card I had.
