Question / Help OBS Studio AMD VCE CBR

I seem to be having an issue with using AMD VCE constant bitrate on the new studio. It does not stick to a constant 4500, it tends to jump around a bit (Sometimes jump to over 6000). Even if I have a "Use Custom Max Bitrate". Is there something I am missing? I tried looking around for a solution, but still have not really found anything.

The "something missing" is that the mediafoundation encoders don't support CBR.

So basically I should just stick to the older (custom) version of OBS with VCE support? I don't have that same issue with that.

Alrighty. At least I can still use it to make a separate high quality video file as well with QuickSync lol. Thanks for the information!
