hey as soon as i open OBS i have this crash log. i have nvidia rtx 2060 and i have an issue with facecam where i can only have one rtx package without having to reinstall ... everything else is up to date. its a brand new on i accidentally uninstalled it but its all fresh as worked on obs 30

This is a known bug with the Restream integration that should be fixed by the next beta version.
 
Hi @Fenrir. Can you address my issue? It hasn't changed in v31.0.0-beta3. Could it be my build environment? Has anyone else experienced this? A windows user @Fiolettovy in this thread may have possibly experienced this but they never replied back so I don't really know. All my builds are made by me from source.
 
I have not personally heard any reports like that, but I'm also not very familiar with things on Linux.
 
Okay. 31.0+ build just fine. I haven't been able to build any OBS versions 30.2.3 and below. How could I fix the configuration error shown below:

I need to test builds below 31.x to know whether the "bug" occurs. I had built those versions long back but can't use them now due to missing deps. Any help on this?
 
Hi, lads! Nvidia filters are not showing up to me in any beta version since they were added. Is it that an existent issue or just me?

Please provide a log file either here or in the #beta-testing channel on Discord. Likely just means your drivers or effects SDK is outdated.
 
Definitely looks like something with your effects SDK is not working:

Could not load NVVFX Library, please download the video effects SDK for your GPU https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/broadcasting/broadcast-sdk/resources/

Should I get Nvidia effects then? :(
 
Yes, at the very least ensure that it is the current version, and at minimum a reinstall is probably a good next step.
 
I am currently trying out OBS Mac beta 3 and the resolution adjustment from 1080 to 4k is still faulty. If I select Canvas then there is a zoom in on the camera - but it should remain normal. Scale to window works - but this is not the real size, it is only adjusted.
 
Just dropping a note about Beta 31.0.0 beta 3:

Some groups seem to lose their transform/positioning still. After correcting it, they'll stick for a few days and then randomly resize/move. I've corrected it once a couple days after installing, then about 5 days later it happened again.

Same for me, seemed to be fine for a while and then just changing the order of sources on a scene messed it all up.

Just ONE BASIC QUESTION i'm try to figure out since a while:

>>>> How to assign a Hotkey to "Rename" ??? (just to rename a scene or source...)
>>>> How to hotkey "Filters menu" on selected source or scene ? (just to add new filters or modify..)

>>>> How to cut video on the fly? (like: reproduce from sec. 10 to sec. 30 only.)

Seems very basic questions comparing to all your effort.. but i'm missing those basics and trying to figure out..
