Question / Help OBS studio 16.4 or 16.6 start stream/record does nothing

i used to use studio 16.4 but then went back to classic
when i installed 16.6 the start stream or record do nothing.
assigning hotkeys also nothing. removing all settings and reinstalling does nothing.

please help gurus!!!

Post your OBS log please. It DOES generate a log simply by launching.

i have installed one not sure if i must do a system restart for it

the CoreAudio encoder notice is NOT relevant to your issue.

installing the amd fix. and redoing the video presets fixed the issue. thanks for the help.
