Question / Help OBS Studder/Freeze recording

Hello, when I set up my obs I've been playing around with it for an hour and I still couldnt figure out the problem so I decided to post it here.

When Im in game recording a Fullscreen game, it basically only shows a picture or a frame of a video and freezes like that. for example, like a screenshot and doesnt record.

If anyone can help that would be awesome. Thanks

you have a very low power 2 core AMD CPU. It will never do 1440x900@60fps encoding.
I would downscale to 600p, 30fps, set buffer to 0, uncheck CBR, and set preset to superfast.
