Question / Help obs stretches gameplay screen then reverts to 4:3 aspect when tabbing in

The problem occurs at 0:08
OBS stretches the screen and then reverts when tabbing in. How can i fix this?

Create a transitional scene and don't transition to your game capture scene until after you've tabbed back into the game.

But I don't stream i just record, there must be another way.

There's no difference between streaming and recording in this case. If you were streaming, this would be the only way. If you're recording, you can just edit that portion out in post.

Yeah but i record a lot, this would be very time consuming.
