Question / Help OBS Streaming Settings

Im trying to stream some games like, Valorant, Rainbow 6 Siege, CSGO and some smaller games.
I would like to stream in 1080p at 60fps, but I am not really good at OBS settings.

My pc:
Intel Core i7-9700KF
ROG Strix Z390-E
Nvidia RTX 2070 Super

Is there a good starting point with the settings?
Should I use my CPU, or GPU for encoding?

Use NVENC. Your 2070 has a Turing core, which encodes at an equivalent quality to x264 Slow (which is very good) and will not affect your in-game performance. To get a good baseline for other settings, go to Tools->Auto-Configuration Wizard.
