Question / Help OBS streaming setting for my PC

I have been messing around with my OBS settings for few days now and I can't make stop pixelating. So I'm asking for help here now. I would like to hear opinion what settings I should use to get the best looking stream.

Specs:
Geforce GTX 770 2GB
i5-2500K 3.30GHz (I know should probably be upgraded)
16GB RAM DDR3
300/10 Mbps

What game?

Use your best judgement based on the guides on the OBS web site, and do a five minute demo of high action gameplay (whatever results in tons of movement on screen in whatever game you're playing) at your best guess settings, then post the OBS log from that attempt.

Also your source video is 1680x1050. so set OBS base resolution to that. with the same 1.5x downscale. you dont need 8x MSAA in game, you really need no more than 2x. Set preset to veryfast and as boildown said, 30fps would be best.

EDIT: also your monitor Hz is 59, it would be best to set this to a standard 60Hz if you have that option.
