Question / Help OBS Streaming Isn't Saving Video

So this is the second time in a row where OBS only saves an audio file, when usually it has the entire video. I have no clue why it is doing this, and it is making it really hard to create stream highlights. I have it save as an mp4 file like I always have, but it's just not saving the full video anymore. Is anyone else having this issue?

Save it as FLV, not as MP4. There seems to be a problem with MP4 output in OBS in some cases.
