Question / Help OBS Streaming Full screen = Black Screen

well that sucks where can i buy one? the one that built my computer is my dad's friend,he gave me the package of the GTX 660 but it doesn't include the shit that i need
 
well i dont have that cable :P now i dont know what cable to get because one has a sorta of plus and the other like a minus
 
Any "VGA to DVI" adapter will work, don't worry about the exact shape of the DVI connector.
