The best log to choose is the latest log file or the one that contains the problem. Alternatively, you can also restart OBS, replicate the problem, and then close it to generate a new log file to show your problem.

Also even though you're not on a laptop, you have a multi-GPU configuration so you should ensure everything is running on the correct GPU.

The shared texture capture is failing so this is most likely an issue due to your multi GPU setup.

I'd recommend plugging your monitor in to your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 as currently it seems you have it hooked up to the low performance integrated adapter.

Your GPU doesn't appear to be plugged into anything so you won't be able to use it for any games, at least that's what the log is showing. OBS is trying to use the GTX 660 to render since it doesn't need to output to it, but your games are running on the Intel adapter. You should plug your monitor into the GTX 660 to fix this, or change the video device in settings / video to your Intel GPU.

On the back of your PC you should have three places your monitor can plug in, one near all the other cables like your USB and sound, and two separate ones on the GTX 660. Make sure it's plugged into one of the two ports on the GTX 660.

Unfortunately if it isn't plugged in to there already, your games have indeed not been running on the GTX 660 all this time. It could just be an error in the log reporting, but it's worth checking.

Yes the GTX is inside but the two ports for plugging in the monitor should be on the outside.

It should look like this:
