Question / Help OBS Stream Setting on Multi-thousand dollar computer

Hello, I have a really nice computer and wanted to know some good OBS settings.
Here are my computer specs below with some additional info.

1. Motherboard: Gigabyte, i don't remember what it is and i don't want to say it because of the hackers in the world. (Sorry!), but it's a $200 motherboard that supports 4k resolution. When I installed it, It had a dragon eye with words after it saying, "gaming motherboard". I use a 1080p, 75 hertz monitor. So therefore i use 1080p for my gaming.
2. Processor: i7-4970k. Really great processor for streaming and anything else. I just don't want to go beyond my reach with it so i'm asking you guys.
3. Graphics Card: Geforce 970. Super fantastic graphics card that can render any resolution. Literally. I Can render 4k resolution on my 1080p monitor. "RENDER! NOT DISPLAY BUT IT IS DISPLAYING THAT!" Do i use 4k? No. When i stream, i strictly use 1920x1080.

#My computer has 6 fans total, 3 excluding CPU and GPU. I have 1 big fan on the side pulling in the air from this super cold metal. (I have never felt it being hot before. Even when i had my old CPU in it, and that CPU hit over 220 degrees! This was also on a different motherboard, not the current one stated from above.) I have 1 front fan. Then, the last one is the exhaust fan, directly behind my CPU. I plan on getting 2 more fans above my cpu, because hot air rises. Logically thinking that.
# I have been using 3000 max bit-rate. I'm more than 50% positive i can just max it out.
Please Give me some options?

TMI man, its a decent setup but honestly all we need is your logfile after you've streamed or recorded for a bit. Use what settings you have now.

Also, the most important factor we do need is your estimated upload speed. Best results is to use this: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester one of the mods made it to estimate actual bandwidth since speedtests are only for estimates. you can screenshot or just type out your results.

Tbh my dude, that's not too much information, computers produce heat, and you should also explain that if you're using these setting while streaming. Computers get hot, without stating my fans, my computer could have a chance of overheating.

I'm not here to make sure you put the right amount of fans in, even though I could advise plenty about that.
We could have a 5 page thread just going over all your settings and equipment, so that is not what I'm here for.

I'm here to assist with stream settings and setups. The most valuable info when someone asks me about stream settings is the log file to see how your PC handles their current stream (if applicable) and what their internet will handle

I would recommend no higher than 3000 kbps and audio bitrate of no more than 128 kbps, 720@60fps, fast or faster preset, or 1080@30 (veryfast or faster preset),
 
Thanks, i'm also installing 2 more fans on top of my case because i feel more hot air on top of my computer from my cpu rather than the exhaust fan.
