Question / Help OBS stream keeps buffering!

Hello! Ive been trying to stream WoW but every minute theres a white circle that shows the stream is buffering how do i fix this?? What settting must i change? Im streaming through twitch btw here are my OBS specs oh and also this is my internet 30 MBPS Download and 5 -7 mbps Upload OBS specs : Max Bit rate 3500 Buffer size 1500 Codec : AAC Bitrate 112 44.1k stereo im 1920 x 1080 but i downnscaled to 1280 x 720 FPS : 30 I also is CBR and CBR pading! i have a fairly good computer 8gigs of ram Gtx geforce 660 2gb 1tb harddrive and pretty good internet but my stream keeps buffering for me idk why some of my viewers say its fine but it buffers for me! please help!

This is an issue with your ability to get data from Twitch fast enough to watch your stream. Don't use a custom buffer size a lower your bitrate. 3500 Kbps is the maximum Twitch supports and many viewers have trouble maintaining those speeds.

I lowered my bit rate to 2500 but i highered my fps and made my resolution higher is that problem but im still buffering randomly?!?

Yes, I read your post. It's not really OBS's fault, you simply can't get the data from Twitch fast enough. If your viewers say it's fine then don't worry about it.
