Question / Help obs stream einstellung

Hallo ich habe obs gerade neu
und möchte gerne in full hd streamen das sind ist mein internet
und bei den einstellungen brauche ich hilfe bei mir kommen immer pixel wen ich in einem
game laufe wie minecraft

was muss ich bei den beiden sachen eingeben ?

Can you please post in English so that some of us can understand?
If I get it right though using my poor German, you should:

a) Set your bitrate @2000 - 2500. It should do it since it's about 70% of your upload.
b) If you want more detailed information about your settings, then please post something about your PC, like your CPU. Some PCs cant stream at full HD.
