How many bitrate are you currently using?

I use 4500 bitrate for 720 60 fps.
Streams do stutter at 6000 bitrate or higher.
Phones wont be able to watch the stream at 6000 bitrate.
Stream wil stutter for any other person who is watching your stream at 6000 bitrate or higher on a pc.

Keep your bitrate at 4500 and your stream wil be fine.

Even if your streaming 1080p keep it with 4500.
In most cases 1080p is unnesesary unles your a partner on twitch.

i use 1080p 30fps 6000 bitrate

In case your streaming FPS games go for 720p 60 fps instead with 4500 bitrate.
Then your stream looks smooth.

1080p 30 fps 6000 bitrate is not view able on phone and might lagg your stream for pc users ( Depends on there internet speed of course ).

If your streaming RTS games then i suggest streaming with 5k bitrate instead of 6k in 1080p.
Your cpu wil need to load every frame your sending in 1080p quality.
There are allot of frames to capture with fps games cause the camera is moving all the time.
RTS games are quit slower and more stable cause the camera isnt really moving at all.

Conclusion :

FPS games > 720p 60fps 4500 bitrate

RTS games > 1080p 30fps 5000 bitrate
or
RTS games > 720p 60fps 4500 bitrate
