Question / Help OBS stops recording within 2 seconds

Obs continuously stops recording within a few seconds no matter how long i record. I could record 5 minutes but the screen freezes in the program and when i check the video it ends in a few seconds.

That depends. For most modern games, you'd probably want an AMD 8320 or Intel i3-4330, or better.

Your video card is also old. You should replace that as well. OBS uses the video card for some of its functions so slowness there can also have a negative effect.

I Got An AMD Radeon R2 Graphics Video Card, The Resolution Thing On 3.00 And The FPS On 8 And It Still F***s Up!!!! (I'm Mostly Playing Minecraft)

Its the lowest model with the good Quicksync capabilities, which makes it a good choice on a budget.
