Every time i stream to twitch my gameplay lags through obs but not through my game screen i only see the lag when i look over to check if obs is working fine and its not working fine its lagging the game alottt and thats what the viewers see but my webcam and everything else is working fine no lag at all its just the game.
My system has
Processor - AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-core processor 4.00ghz
RAM - 8gb
64-bit operating system x64 based processor
GeForce GTX 720ti Graphics Card

I stream from a xbox one conected to Avermedia live gamer portable capture card conected to the pc i do use a wifi connection but with a upload speed of 18mbps and download of 30 on its worst days and on its normal days download of 40-50mbps i dont think its the wifi thats the problem.
The Log is pages and pages long so i dont know what exactly to post so you guys can see the problem
This problem has been going on for a few weeks now and iv been trying to fix it trying to change my settings around but it just wont help please if you could help it would be great so i can get back to livestreaming :) Thanks

Next time just post the link to your logfile like this:

Once I take a look at that, I will give you a page of input and might have to try some things.

you are streaming through a VPN along with being over wireless so your connection is stalling out repeatedly.

there is no reason to route your actual stream through a VPN. I would say that other things like games and skype, maybe but not a high bandwidth stream.

Second, dont stream over wireless which is only adding to the issues you are having. its not necessarily a bandwidth thing (it could be), its more of adding in two inconstant pieces of equipment (VPN and wireless NIC) that will cause your connection to stall out.

Recommendation:
route your stream through a non-VPN connection
use a wired connection
set scene buffering to 700ms (standard practice)
set your webcam resolution to no more than what resolution you stream at (i.e. if 540p then set your cam to 540p.)
