obs-browser-page.exe file of OBS (lies in the folder obs-plugins\64bit\) or it was removed/damaged by other reasons, and you have browser source in your scenes. You need to check if any file of OBS was blocked/removed/quarantined by your security software. When OBS cannot access to its own files you get crash.obs64.exe --collection your_scene_collection_name), because by default OBS automatically loads last used scene collection right at startup. This prevents OBS Browser source from load into memory via the OBS Browser module and thus, can potentially resolve the issue (usually the Browser module itself loads without the crashes). If you finally be able to run OBS - try main menu Help>Check File Integrity. That comes with OBS. No need to update it as it's updated with the program itself. It appears to be the Browser Manager plugin. Update or remove it & try again.
