OBS Started Crashing on startup this morning

Like the title says. I tried to start up OBS as normal this morning and am getting an Unhandled exception: c0000005 when launching.
I was able to use it fine yesterday and nothing has changed since last night. Error log attached.

The reacontrolmidi VST plugin is causing the crash. If doing all the common solutions didn't fix it, uninstall it.
Common solutions: restart OBS, restart Windows, removing the VST filter.
