Question / Help OBS Sound glitches through headset/rubber banding.

Okay, so whenever I attempt to stream I get these weird cuts of audio/glitching, overall not frequent audio like I would have if I was not live. To best describe it my audio sounds like it dips every 5-10 seconds and its very fast but noticeable. Also when I try to stream CSGO when I pull out my knife for example, it lags back in my hand and isn't a smooth transition from weapon to weapon. My friend said it was rubber banding but I had around 60 ping when I do stream. Any help would be great, Thanks!

Here is a video example of what my audio sounds like when it cuts out randomly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAs3slKvlL4

Also I am not using Dxtory anymore, just using the built-in game capture.
I just uninstalled it just in case.

Did you restart OBS and your game after removing it?
The log shows dxtory still hooked.

Thanks for the log but could you post it like this but instead of "current log" use the date/time that you had this issue.

Here is the log from last night when I recorded my audio issue occurring. https://gist.github.com/039817614ab060953332
a few things,

1. Make sure that CS:GO doesn't have any launch options like -threads or -high as this will negatively affect OBS. just leave them out

2. lower your webcam resolution, this can sometimes cause audio to cut out (oddly enough). change it to no more than the resolution you are streaming at. This is more than likely a USB bandwidth thing than anything.

3. Enable aero (uncheck disable aero in OBS) and make sure you are using a windows aero enabled theme. this will help accelerate the game capture you are using.

4. Also just note, that I've heard that others have had trouble with wireless headsets and OBS. this is mainly when using a mic on the wireless headsets but since you have the AT2020 USB you should be alright once you change the above settings.

I'm extremely happy but it seemed like it wasn't a big problem. Thank you so much dp. I enabled Aero and set my webcam to 1280x720. No sound glitches, and actually streaming a lot smoother now. Thanks again man, I appreciate it a lot.
