I have an issue with OBS when I'm streaming and playing music or really anything else on my computer at the same time. When I say I get an echo, let's say, for example, I'm playing a game, with the game audio and I have pandora running quietly in the background. When I turn up the volume on my headset or the volume of pandora to anything above...about 30% or so, I get a MAJOR echo in my mic. The odd thing is...OBS is the only program that has that issue. I've tested it on skype and a few other programs, and I can play music literally as loud as I want, and my mic of my headset doesn't pick it up. I currently use the Razer Chacharias headset connected into a Sound Blaster Z sound card.
On a seemingly unrelated note...OBS isn't recording the sound volume I'm hearing (assuming all computer volumes are at 100%) at the same levels that I'm hearing them. For example, I use Nightbot for song requests in my stream, and in order for my viewers to hear the song at all, the volume levels need to be earsplittingly loud for me, to the point of me not being able to hear game audio, and even then the audio levels are quiet at best. Is there a setting within OBS to force it to use the levels that I am hearing as opposed to whatever levels it uses now?
