Question / Help OBS/Snips/Now Playing

Goodday i want to use the Now playing optie fir OBS that it shows my WMP or Itunes music in my streams.
I got the program Snips but it keep saying NO tracks playing or Itunes not currently running :( and i followed all the 15 videos i found over OBS/SNips and still i dont work here :( i do see in the videos only that spodify something is being used not 1 use itunes so can it be that Snips just dont let Itunes work?

Can someone help me pls :(

Should be tools for this in the tools forum, but I don't quite know otherwise as I don't use this myself.
