Question / Help obs slowing down

when I first started using obs I was able to record in hd but now it's skipping frames, but i haven't changed any of the settings on either my computer or obs what's going on I heard that it could be the fact that i'm using an amd video card.

thanks but that didn't answer why it started slowing down

He is asking you to post a log file. We can't tell you why it is slowing down unless you do that.
