Question / Help OBS Skipping Frames Problem (Help with settings/Optimal Settings?)

I really have no idea what my optimal settings would be anyone mind helping me out my computer specs are
CPU: I5 4690k (Not overclocking that often)
GPU: R9 290
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1444
So any idea on how I can fix skipping frames I normally record League of Legends it was working fine but a few updates ago it got messed up :P I'm pretty sure it's not my computer I just have no clue on the settings I've tried using the Log Analysis settings it says I use too high of bit rate every time I've even turned it all the way down to 1000 it's messed up and it also says it detects a second graphics card when I only have one :P

Please post a log here for us to analyze, otherwise we can only make guesses which is of not much use for you.
And your 2nd grafics card comes from your i5 processor (Intel HD 4000).
