Question / Help OBS skipping frames, No lag in game, Shows nothings wrong....

skipping frames when CS:GO in obs, Basically I have tried everything and still cant figure out the problem, I have changed my resolution multiple times my x264/encoding profile/Filter I have absolutely no clue what is going on.
Also quick detail! I can see the frame skipping in CS/LOL/WOW/BF4 But I have yet to receive
WARNING: Taking too long to encode.

Been a fan of streaming for a long time because it looks so fun and entertaining to spend time with people who enjoyed watching you play games while speaking to they're fans and came back everyday to watch their favourite entertainer, that is what caught my eye and decided for me to save up for a good pc to stream on!

pc specs
CPU: i7 6700k
GPU: sli msi 980ti
RAM: corsair vengeance ddr4 32 gb 2666
MOBO: asus rog maximus viii ddr4 3000 lga 1151
SSD: x2 samsung evo 1tb in raid 0

Disable all the razer junk, it's causing hook conflicts.

this is what I see in the new log file but I have no idea how to disable it?

Looks like that's some kind of service that runs for your motherboard to provide an on-screen display. You'll need to find the ASUS software and disable the OSD function or uninstall it.
